This information notice has been prepared by Kaymakçılar Casting and Industry Joint Stock Company (“KAYMAKÇILAR”), as the data controller whose information is provided below, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) to inform job applicants.

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are collected electronically through the job application form you fill out on this website.

The legal bases for processing your personal data are the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, within the scope of the categories and purposes listed below:

• Where processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract: Your personal data, such as name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, address, gender, marital status, nationality, driver’s license, education information, foreign language proficiency, computer and software knowledge, salary expectation, work experience, health issues, criminal record, and references, are processed for the evaluation of your job application, management of recruitment processes, and preparation for a potential employment contract.
• Where processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations: Your data, such as military service status, may be processed to comply with legal requirements. Your Turkish ID Number may also be processed if explicitly required by legislation or necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation.
• Where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms: Your personal data may be processed to effectively manage your job application, match it with position requirements, and conduct communication activities.

Categories and Purposes of Processed Personal Data

Your personal data collected under the categories listed below are processed to manage our company’s human resources processes, conduct recruitment activities, fulfill legal obligations, and perform necessary evaluations within the scope of potential employment relationships:

• Identity Information: Name, surname, gender, marital status, nationality, (if included in your résumé) date of birth, and Turkish ID number (if requested).
• Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address, and physical address.
• Personnel Information: Military service status.
• Professional Experience: Work experience, references, driver’s license, education, foreign language proficiency, and computer/software knowledge (as stated in your résumé).
• Financial Information: Salary expectation.
• Special Category Personal Data (Processed with Explicit Consent): Health conditions and criminal record details, if disclosed.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to the recipient groups listed below in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, for the purposes of managing and evaluating recruitment processes and fulfilling related legal obligations:

• Internal Company Departments: Human Resources Department, relevant units and managers of the applied position, and other authorized personnel involved in the recruitment process.

Within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the “rights of the data subject”, you may submit your requests to KAYMAKÇILAR in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to the Data Controller” (Official Gazette: 10.03.2018/30356) by completing the “Personal Data Owner Application Form” available at en.kaymakcilar.com.tr and sending it via e-mail, postal mail, or by delivering it by hand to KAYMAKÇILAR’s address.
