Strengthening International Cooperation
As one of the leading companies in the casting industry, Kaymakçılar Casting started 2025 by strengthening its international partnerships. In this context, representatives of the Italian axle and power transmission manufacturer Brist Axle visited Kaymakçılar Casting’s facility in Başkent Organized Industrial Zone.
The visit included important discussions on technical collaboration and production processes between the two companies.
Factory Tour and Production Review
During the visit, the Brist Axle team thoroughly examined the foundry, pattern shop, and machining facilities. They also received detailed technical information about automatic molding lines, spectrometer analysis laboratories, ultrasonic defect detection systems, and CMM measurement technologies at Kaymakçılar Casting.
The delegation emphasized that they were particularly impressed by the quality standards in gray and ductile iron production and the modernity of the manufacturing technologies.
Meetings and Future Plans
During the meetings, strategic cooperation opportunities regarding the supply chain of casting components between the two companies were evaluated. Additionally, the development of joint projects in the production of gearbox housings, transmission parts, and axle systems was discussed.
This collaboration was seen as an important step to enhance the competitiveness of the Turkish casting industry in Europe.
